• In order to make the process easier, we have developed a web application form for you. Please fill the form below, with all required information requested.
• Please upload your best headshot picture in .jpg or .png format to the application. This picture should not be bigger than 2048 x 2048 and not smaller than 512 x 512. The file upload limit is 10MB. The picture should not contain any text or signature. Photoshop is allowed, but please keep photographs realistic so that it reflects how you actually look in Second Life. You agree by submitting an application, that MISS SL Organization is permitted, to use the submitted pictures in any way the organization considers appropriate.

• We have two application rounds. The first application round opens on January 1st, 2023 and is open until January 15th. The first live audition will be held on January 21st. The second application round opens on January 23rd and is open until February 5th. The second live audition will be held on February 11th.
• At the end of each application round the judges will select those aspirants they would like to see at the live audition. The audition calls with the names of the selected aspirants will get published on January 15th and February 5th, 2023. If you are selected for an audition, prepare an outfit based on the styling requirement published with the audition call.
• In the audition you will be judged by your styling, poses and overall appearance. If you get enough votes from the judges, you will be announced as an official candidate. If you have no modeling experience yet, please do not worry. We will offer optional workshops for all candidates.
• If you have participated in the first audition but were not selected to become a candidate, you can enter the second audition to try again, without having to re-apply. Your name will be added to the participants list for the second audition automatically.
• After the auditions we will announce the official candidates for the MISS SL ♛ 2023 competition and their assigned titles.
• Please be aware that all auditions and challenges will be held on Saturdays at around 10am SLT from February to May 2023. Rehearsals are scheduled on Fridays at 10:00 a.m. and 05:00 p.m. SLT before each event. It is mandatory to attend one of the scheduled rehearsals, to be eligible to participate in the following event.
• The MISS SL ♛ 2023 Grand Finale will be held on Saturday, May 27th, 2023 at 10:00 am SLT.
• Please see the full schedule here. If you cannot commit to this schedule, please don’t audition at all.
IMPORTANT
• Your SL account age must be at least 6 months old and your account must be age verified by Linden Lab beforehand.
• If you do not speak English, you may audition still, but you must provide an interpreter for yourself during the rehearsals, workshops and meetings, if you become an official candidate.
• At rehearsals and most of our other events, instructions are given through Second Life voice and a Discord voice channel. You must be able to listen to SL voice or through Discord. If you have a hearing impairment, you may audition still, but you must provide a person who types the spoken instructions for you.
• It is mandatory for every candidate to participate in a private live interview conducted vocally using Second Life voice or a Discord voice channel. If you do not speak English, you are required to organize an interpreter by yourself for your live interview appointment. Hearing- and speech impaired persons must let us know about their hearing- or speech impairment before auditioning.
